Technical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- To closely work with the Technical Service Manager and provide support on technical aspects, procedures, and other relevant areas.
- Conduct regular site inspections of key mega projects.
- Coordinate work activities with site supervisors.
- Enforce adherence to various paint systems as per the approved materials submittals.
- Formulate a visit schedule with the team.
- Train new employees and set goals for the team.
- Compile and complete records of site visits by the team.
- Prepare final inspection reports for warranty projects after work completion for issuance of warranty.
- Handle complaints, conduct site mock-ups, and test new products and application techniques.
- Document all activities through CRM and send separate visit reports with follow-up action recommendations to sales personnel within 24 hours.
- Comply with all local and company regulations to maintain high levels of safety at all job sites.
- Review and provide updates on site visit activities, claims, training, site visits, complaints, and other reports to the Technical Services Manager on a monthly basis or as required.
- Provide daily updates on WhatsApp or other dedicated communication channels regarding work done for the day.
