We are in search of a passionate and innovative Social Media Content Creator to spearhead our Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok content strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing captivating content that resonates with our diverse audience and promotes our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
1. Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. Create visually appealing and informative content (Feed, stories, Posts) that aligns with our healthcare brand.
Arabic and English Proficiency:
1. Create bilingual content to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
2. Ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance in all content produced.
Platform Management:
1. Manage and optimize our Snapchat and TikTok accounts for maximum visibility and engagement.
2. Monitor analytics to track the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Apply channel-related hacks to ensure growing the brand channels and increase engagement.
Collaborations:
1. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and influencers to create engaging and educational content.
2. Build and maintain relationships within the Dubai community to enhance our online presence.
Community Engagement:
1. Foster meaningful interactions with our audience through comments, messages, and participatory content.
2. Implement strategies to grow and engage our social media following.
Campaigns and Promotions:
1. Support marketing campaigns by creating compelling content for Snapchat and TikTok.
2. Utilize trending topics and challenges to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience demonstrating growing brand channels as a Social Media Content Creator, with a focus on Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape and emerging trends to be able to create viral content.
Proficient in creative tools and platforms for content creation.
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
