We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will be based in our office in Jebel Ali and will support the activities of our Sales Executives as well as the day-to-day work of the Dubai Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry - Input of prospects, projects, samples, quotations, proforma, and orders.
  • Data Management - Ensure regular and detailed databases follow-up and updates.
  • Follow-up - Ensure the smooth and timely processing of all the requests, projects, samples & orders of the company.
  • Coordination - Actively initiate, follow, and coordinate the different projects between all parties (Sales, Production, R&D, Marketing, Logistics, Finance...).
  • Sales Support - Assist in the preparation and during meetings with clients.
  • Logistics - Prepare samples expeditions, along with documentation, correspondence reports, and technical datasheets or marketing documentation for client visits or meetings.
This list is not exhaustive and may be modified or extended according to market demands.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Perfect English practice (spoken & written) - Arabic or/and French or/and German speakers highly appreciated.
  • Rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Practical organizational capacities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and positive to rapid challenges and changes.
  • Proactive in sharing suggestions and ideas that can benefit the growth and efficiency of the team.

Required Experiences:

  • 5 years minimum experience in B-to-B Customer Relations.
  • 3 years minimum experience in UAE.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint...etc).
  • Microsoft Navision and CRM knowledge are real assets.
