Position Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing dealer networks, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. This leadership role requires expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management to ensure the region's sustained profitability and growth. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 4-6 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and financial reporting systems.
