Position: Female Business Development Manager Experience: 3-5 Years Industry: Information Technology (IT) Location: Dubai Gender Preference: Female only (Non Asian) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Business Development Manager with 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent industry connections, a passion for expanding business horizons, and a willingness to work beyond boundaries. Company's main line of business is Software Development which provides Solutions and Staff Augmentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
- Strong network and industry connections.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond traditional boundaries as required.
