Assist in conducting annual/bi-annual employee engagement/climate surveys to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and their perceptions about the workplace, development opportunities, and leadership. Support the HR Advisory team in following up on the action plans created based on the survey results. Aid in analyzing and interpreting survey data, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with business and HR teams to support employee engagement initiatives and ensure effective internal customer service. Help line managers in preparing logistics and communication for Engagement Programmes. Support in encouraging employee participation in reward and recognition programs through available platforms. Work with the HR Communication Officer to help develop communication platforms within the company that raise awareness of HR initiatives and services. Assist in brainstorming ideas for launching initiatives and programs aimed at improving employee engagement, employer branding, and celebrating cultural diversity. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and arrange necessary resources to execute employee engagement programs. Collaborate with external service providers and consultants to assist with employee engagement projects. Monitor and report on progress and key areas of improvement regarding engagement programs, tracking KPIs and reporting to management. Assist Finance in tracking and reporting budgets for engagement-related activities. Help raise awareness and educate employees on the benefits of an engaged and satisfied workforce. Stay updated with research and best practices in employee engagement and recognition. Key Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in any business field; HR, PR, or Communications preferred. Skills and Competencies: Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with HRMS and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and work independently on tasks. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Customer service-oriented with a high level of professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
