Email Marketing Specialist (Email Deliverability Specialist)

As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will take charge of optimizing email performance, ensuring every message reaches its destination. You are an expert in email authentication, spam filter management, and IP reputation monitoring. With a deep understanding of metrics and compliance, you'll troubleshoot delivery issues, manage ESP integrations, and develop strategies to maximize inbox success. This role will see you collaborating across teams to elevate email communication and maintain best-in-class deliverability standards. Experience with email security protocols
Advanced knowledge of spam filters
Familiarity with email authentication methods
Ability to analyze email delivery metrics
Experience with email blacklist remediation
Ability to troubleshoot email delivery issues
Experience with email service providers
Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws
Expertise in email deliverability best practices
Ability to develop email deliverability strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Spam filter management, monitoring and optimizing email deliverability
Email authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC implementation and management
Email privacy & compliance, ensuring emails meet legal regulations and privacy policies
IP reputation management, monitoring and maintaining sender reputation
Bounce management, identifying and resolving email bounce issues
Email metrics analysis, analyzing email campaign metrics to optimize deliverability
ISP relations, building and maintaining relationships with ISPs
Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving email delivery issues
ESP setup & integration, setting up and integrating with email service providers
Email deliverability testing, creating and conducting emails to test and improve deliverability rates
