Job Title: ERP Marketing Engineer - Strategic Promotion and Branding
Qualifications:
- B.Com: Sales and Marketing
- Bachelor: Any Specialization
- BBA: Sales and Marketing
- BE/B.Tech: Any Specialization
- MBA: Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science
Experience:
2 years+Skills:

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERP Marketing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic promotion and brand-building activities to drive customer engagement and sales. This role requires a strong understanding of industry-specific business processes. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, as well as developing and maintaining a strong brand presence.Requirements:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels, including social media, events, and referrals.
- Brand Management.
- Design campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Set marketing goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage and maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
- Organize and conduct continuous events, such as webinars and conferences to promote our ERP Software.
- Establish relationships with existing and new clients to build references and generate referrals.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns and channels.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
