Technical Director BIM | Interior Design | Dubai£125,000 TAX FREE Per Annum, Flights, Health and Bonus IncentiveA boutique interior design house specialising in luxury commissions across the Middle East, renowned for our commitment to creativity, innovation, and unparalleled craftsmanship in in the market for a Technical Director for BIM. As part of their ambitious growth plans and full order book, they are seeking a dynamic Technical Director to lead their BIM production.About the Role:As Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing BIM production for luxury interior designs, ensuring the seamless integration of design concepts with technical specifications. Working closely with the design team and project stakeholders, you will lead the implementation of BIM technologies and methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and optimise project delivery. From concept development to construction documentation, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our BIM processes, driving innovation and excellence across all projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage BIM production for luxury interior design projects across the Middle East, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and best practices to optimize project workflows and maximise efficiency.Collaborate closely with design team members, architects, engineers, and consultants to coordinate BIM deliverables and resolve technical challenges.Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, construction documentation, and other technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide leadership and mentorship to BIM production team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Extensive experience working with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) in a professional design or construction environment.Proven track record of success in managing BIM production for luxury interior design projects, preferably in the Middle East region.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BIM implementation and project delivery.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and lead BIM production for luxury interior design projects in the vibrant Middle East market, we want to hear from you!
