Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughsBusiness Development Manager MEASenior Demand Generation Representative - HospitalityAs a Senior Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Dubai.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing lead data to optimize conversion rates. Your expertise in demand generation and ability to leverage marketing automation tools will directly impact the company's revenue growth and success in the market. In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell BA as a guide in the industry. The role will be responsible for managing the Middle East and Africa market and achieving the sales target and growth of business in the region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute demand generation strategies in the hospitality sector to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth across the Middle East and Africa region.Work with Onity marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs within the hospitality sector.Work closely with Lead designers and consultants on specifying Onity products in upcoming hotel projects.Approach hotels under construction and designs at a very early stage to position Onity solutions in the mock-up rooms.Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.Manage the existing channel partners of Onity in the Middle East and Africa and identify and appoint new partners.Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 10 years of experience in customer success or account management.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality/Hotels systems design and sales.Strong relationships with leading Interior designers, ELV Consultants, and hotel key accounts across MEA.Good knowledge and experience in ELV systems design.Experience managing channel partners in the Middle East and Africa.Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools.Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset.Strong communication and collaboration skills.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Passion for customer success and satisfaction.Ability to work self-reliantly and as part of a team.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Continuous learning and adaptability.Our offerA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment.Market-specific training and ongoing personal development.Experienced leaders to support your professional development.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
