Hi-M. Solutek HVAC Services and Maintenance LLC. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer In-Charge in the HVAC industry located in Dubai. As a Customer In-Charge, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications in HVAC systems or related fields
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
