  • A complete documentation check & verification as per the standards of India Embassy/Consulate.
  • Promotion of value-added services.
  • Communicating with customers in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Document checking to ensure that there are no missing documents.
  • Constantly updating self on the updates set by the Embassy of India.
  • Form filling of the applications as per the requirement of the customer/service.
  • Explaining post-submission procedure and informing applicants how to track their application.
  • Making a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assuring that there are no mistakes.
  • Tallying and accounting of day-end cash.
  • Compliance with behavioral conduct and process as laid down by BLS International.
Other Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience in customer service for one year.
  • Working experience in the visa/travel industry will be preferred.
  • Should be a graduate.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month Application Questions:
