As an IT Business Analyst, you will work on our next generation 360 property portal to create a smooth and easy property search experience for our customers.If you are a creative problem solver who is looking out for new and challenging opportunities, please consider applying for this position.About the Role:IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation of various projects undertaken. Ensuring successful implementation, monitoring and reporting the performance of the project will be core job requirements for the role.Roles & Responsibilities:End-to-end implementation of any project undertaken, understanding the functional requirements and desired business objectives.Preparing reports and tracking the performance of running projects.Monitoring and ensuring the existing projects are implemented as expected (system and user participation).Coordinating with various functional teams to ensure effective implementation of any project undertaken, understanding the functional requirements and feedback on the project and implementation.Thoroughly understanding the system/processes and their performance towards the desired business objective.Continuously working towards improving the performance of the assigned projects.Undertaking activities as assigned by management from time to time.Skills Required:Excellent communication skills - Should be able to interface with the client and discuss business requirements with different stakeholders of the project.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions.Expert in documenting the requirements gathered from the client in a detailed manner, with knowledge in preparing business process flowcharts and various requirement specification documentation.Experience in preparation of Business Scenario Test Cases and actual manual testing of business applications.Ability to perform User Acceptance Testing assistance, with working knowledge of Database management systems and basic technical knowledge about IT applications.
