Job Title: Projects AssociateLocation: Dubai, UAELevel: 3-6 PQEJob Description:The firm is a well-known global outfit with a reputable footprint in all major global jurisdictions. Due to impressive growth, the Projects team is seeking to recruit in their Dubai office. Key Responsibilities:- Handle a broad range of project contract matters relating to the development of energy and infrastructure projects. - Taking daily responsibility for the progression of complex matters. You will be able to demonstrate well-developed drafting and negotiating skills; and supervise more junior members of the team.- Desire to build client relationships and develop your own internal and external networks with support and guidance from the partners and the wider team.- Liaise closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers. Requirements:- Qualified solicitor (3-6 PQE) with a strong academic background and a relevant legal qualification.- Strong general project contract and construction experience.- Familiarity with and experience of project finance structures and reviewing or drafting project documents from a bankability perspective.- Enthusiasm to innovate and an adaptable person who is a fast learner.
