Marketing Specialist & Community Manager - French Speaking

JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist & Community Manager – French-Speaking COMPANY OVERVIEW: Greenbull is an international group of companies in France, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. Job Overview We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist & Community Manager to join our marketing team, supporting a diverse group of companies. In this role, you will manage our online presence and help strengthen our community engagement across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Community & Social Media Management:

Manage our private online community with over 3000 members.
Manage our social media presence across platforms, with over 1M followers.
Schedule and coordinate live streams and virtual events.
Moderate comments and engage with community members.
Handle email communications including reminders and invitations.
Coordinate content publication schedules across all platforms.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
Work closely with the content creators to ensure timely publication.
Monitor performance metrics and engagement rates.

Digital Event Coordination:

Manage the scheduling and organization of live streams.
Send and track event invitations and reminders.
Coordinate with team members across different time zones.
Ensure smooth execution of virtual events.

Requirements

Fluent in French and English

Experience:

Experience managing social media communities.
Understanding of social media platforms, groups, and their functionalities.
Basic experience with content scheduling and community management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with major social media platforms and their features.
Knowledge of basic content management and scheduling.
Experience with Email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign) is a plus.
