Job Description

- Planning and designing travel packages to suit the client's needs.
- Coordinate travel booking, holidays, and transport operations, to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests; hence maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of a client's travel policy and can appropriately guide and assist consistently.
- Provide consultation to the client with excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules.
- Maintain active communication and seek expansion of current knowledge of the various travel industries supported.
- Provide the client with required industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
- Provide professional written communication when dealing with e-mail inquiries or confirmations.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, exhibit objectivity, and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Tourism, Certificate in Travel Consultancy, or any other relevant training.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience of 3 years and above within the travel industry, knowledge of Amadeus, NDC systems.
- Must have a corporate travel background and UAE experience.
- Can issue and re-issue tickets, book hotels, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist. Must be present in UAE with either Immediate Joining or a 30-day notice period.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and software.
