Office Manager / HR Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant Reports to: Office Manager / HR Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy / Office Assistant to support our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting with various administrative tasks, providing hospitality to guests and staff, and managing office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas. Maintain the cleanliness and health of office plants, ensuring they are watered and cared for regularly. Oversee the maintenance of office fixtures, reporting any issues or necessary repairs to the Office Manager.
Hospitality: Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to guests and staff as needed. Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are properly stocked with necessary supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested by staff. Ensure that office supplies such as paper, pens, and other stationery are always well-stocked and report shortages to the Office Manager.
Purchasing Office Supplies: Manage the procurement of office supplies, including sourcing and purchasing necessary items within the allocated budget. Maintain an inventory of supplies, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and replenished as needed.
Car Cleaning: Ensure the company vehicles are cleaned and maintained regularly, both interior and exterior.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks such as running errands, collecting documents, and delivering items as required by management. Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or HR.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
The role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, including moving between different locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: Office boy / assistant: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving license (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
