Job Title: Inventory Controller Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for all bakery raw materials (flour, sugar, yeast, butter, etc.) and finished products (bread, cakes, pastries, etc.).
- Track product expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of stock to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory, reconciling actual stock with system records.
- Manage and update inventory records in the company’s inventory management system.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Assist in placing orders for ingredients and packaging materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Track delivery schedules and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure that all ingredients and finished products meet quality standards before they are used in production or sold to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
