Revit Specialist for Architecture & Interior LOD300/400 Dubai, UAE, Remote, Worldwide Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Revit Specialist with extensive experience in designing and detailing high-end villas and 5-star hospitality projects. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed Revit models for high-end residential and hospitality projects.- Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery.- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to integrate technical details.- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.- Generate BOQs and cutting lists, and maintain project documentation.- Conduct quality control reviews of Revit models and drawings.Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design.- Strong proficiency in Revit is a MUST.- Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus.- Diploma in Design/Architecture required; higher degree preferred.- Portfolio showcasing detailed architectural and interior fit-out projects.Soft Skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.How to ApplySubmit your CV and portfolio to pa@unicaarchitects.com with the subject line "Revit Specialist for Architecture and Interior LOD300/400" - (Your Name)".
