Job Description:In this role, we're looking for somebody who oversees the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing processes, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving operational excellence and meeting customer demands while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules and operations to meet customer requirements and production targets.Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.Develop and manage the plant budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.Optimize spending on materials, labor, and overhead while maintaining operational excellence.Requirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience: 4-5 years of UAE experience
