Title - Head of Corporate OperationsClient - Tier 1 Bank (Subsidiary)Location - Dubai, UAEThe Corporate Services unit is the centralized unit handling all activities relating to Corporate Finance Disbursement for the bank's Clients across Wholesale Banking, Business Banking, and Priority Banking segments. The purpose of the role is to manage processing of corporate products and all related functions with accuracy and within stipulated SLAs, and supervise the team.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor & ensure both Bank's and customer's interest are protected.Monitor & ensure all customer complaints/queries are responded to/resolved satisfactorily and within the agreed turnaround times.Satisfactory delivery of service to internal and external clients.Ensure all Money Laundering, ICC Rules, and other regulatory requirements laid down internally and by Central Bank are followed while processing transactions.Instill a service culture within the unit to always remain customer focused.Contribute to the policy development and business process review for enhancing the quality of operations and standards of service.Ensure that PFDs, SOPs, and control mechanisms are reviewed and updated periodically.Identify risk in day-to-day operations and take steps to mitigate and ensure recording of the same in ORCA register.Ensure Sharia compliant processing.Foster and contribute to the improvements to processes and procedures in order to enhance productivity, operating efficiencies, and cost-effectiveness.Analyze complaints/errors and ensure non-recurrence.Create an environment that encourages initiative, accountability, and merit.Effectively communicate at all levels with internal/external customers and colleagues.Ensure health checks are in place.Identify process improvements, apply LEAN concepts for efficient processing.
