Commercial and International Transit Manager
About the Company Our client specializes in international trading of fast-moving consumer goods, including fruits, coffee, and meat. The company ensures import-export operations across multiple regions worldwide, maintaining high standards in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities As the Commercial and International Transit Manager, you will oversee the operational and commercial management of import-export activities, ensuring profitability and the seamless execution of transactions. Commercial Operations Management- Lead and coordinate purchasing and sales operations for food products.
- Manage international sales files: from negotiation to product delivery.
- Monitor customer and supplier orders, from contract signing to invoicing.
- Ensure proper application of Incoterms, logistics procedures, and documentation flows.
- Identify and prospect new markets and partners (customers and suppliers).
- Develop tailored commercial offers based on client needs and market dynamics.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms, fostering trustful relationships with partners.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy development and implementation.
- Supervise the operational team and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor ongoing files to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Manage operational priorities in alignment with international market demands.
- Track performance indicators: volumes, costs, margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle commercial and logistical disputes with customers or suppliers.
- Propose solutions to optimize internal processes and strengthen the company’s competitiveness.
