Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the organization's portfolio to potential clients, and converting those leads into accounts. This role requires and individual who can identify opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Plus deliver outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities:Develop a strong understanding of our training center services and programs, and use this knowledge to effectively sell to potential customers.Contact and meet with potential customers to understand their training needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.Develop and maintain a database of potential customers and follow up with them regularly to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Attend events and exhibitions to promote our training center and build a network of contacts.Prepare proposals and quotes for potential customers, and follow up to close sales.Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.Provide excellent customer service to enrolled students, and ensure that their needs are met throughout the training program.Work closely with the training team to ensure that students receive the best possible training experience.Requirements:Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and influence their decisions.Knowledge of the training and education industry is a plus.Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines.Compensation: Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
