Discover Top Managing Director Vacancies in Dubai/UAEWe're looking for an Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic business partner to top-line sales leadership focused on growth and expansion within the organization.As a Key Account Director, Funds - Ebury Institutional, you will be accountable for growing and managing Ebury's Institutional client base in the UAE.Responsibilities:Creative and innovative: Must always come up with new and creative ideas.Provide quality assurance of all arrangements before delivery to customers.Screen visitors and announce them to the MD.Direct calls and messages efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.Work with project managers and associate creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines are met.Experience of managing, growing, and taking ownership of accounts.Able to effectively partner and engage with internal and external sales resources.Play an active role in our continued success by providing a high level of project management support to the F&B leadership team.Measure the effectiveness of the team by managing operational metrics such as billable utilization and CSAT and Professional Services revenue.Identify new business opportunities with current clients while managing allocated resource teams.Support the Business Director to develop and produce strategic initiatives.
