Estamos à procura de um Head of Finance para supervisionar todas as tarefas financeiras da nossa empresa e garantir que utilizamos capital e recursos de forma benéfica. As responsabilidades do Head of Finance incluem a criação de modelos de previsão, a avaliação do risco nos investimentos e a garantia de que todas as atividades contabilísticas estão em conformidade com os regulamentos. Para ter sucesso neste papel, deve ter experiência na elaboração de estratégias financeiras e na gestão de equipas de contabilidade e tesouraria. Em última análise, manterá a saúde financeira da nossa empresa e aumentará a rentabilidade a longo prazo. Responsabilidades Previsão de resultados mensais, trimestrais e anuais Controlo de Gestão Aprovar ou rejeitar orçamentos Condução de gestão de riscos Supervisionar a equipa do departamento financeiro Alocar recursos e gerir fluxos de caixa Realizar análises de lucros e custos Desenvolver procedimentos seguros para manter informações confidenciais Garantir que todas as atividades contabilísticas estão em conformidade com os regulamentos financeiros Recomendar soluções para a eficiência da gestão de custos Requisitos Experiência profissional de pelo menos 5 anos como Head of Finance ou em funções similares de coordenação de departamento financeiro Compreensão aprofundada da gestão de fluxos de caixa, reconciliação bancária e contabilidade Experiência prática com orçamentação e gestão de riscos Excelente conhecimento de modelos de análise e previsão de dados Familiaridade com o software ERP Primavera Competências analíticas e de decisão sólidas Capacidades de liderança Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Contabilidade, Finanças ou similar Ser Contabilista Certificado será uma mais-valia
