The Office Administrator will support the Client Operations team and manage essential office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. This role requires to be onsite in our office in Dubai, 2-3 days per week, for office tasks. Emirati National only. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- General office tasks such as managing supplies, managing mail and maintaining office equipment.
- Support project coordination by ensuring timelines are met and collaborating on operational improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as sorting mail and managing parcels.
