Job Title: Assistant Outlet Manager Job Description: We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service. As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for achieving optimum guest satisfaction and departmental profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high morale. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecasts and within the limits of the manning guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times, under the guidance of the Outlet Manager.
  2. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the assigned outlet.
  3. Be involved in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the supervision of the Outlet Manager.
  4. Ensure sanitary conditions according to health codes and hotel standards.
  5. Supervise daily operations under the standards set by Hotel Management and the Outlet Manager.
  6. Define training needs and propose training programs in relation to the Outlet Manager, continuously training subordinates to achieve the highest level of professionalism.
  7. Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses.
Desired Candidate Profile: You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector and further detailed beverage training. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and POS systems. Familiarity with Micros is desirable, and previous international experience will be highly regarded. Knowledge & Competencies: The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, young, and trendy manager with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You should be proactive, charismatic, and approachable, having undergone basic supervisory/management development training certifications. You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player, thriving in a multi-cultural team and with guests alike. Additional competencies include:
