Competent in Python/R and other programming languages with excellent problem-solving skills.The role is an opportunity for enthusiastic climate scientists to use their knowledge and skills for the upliftment of society as a response to climate change and help build a sustainable world. The duties involve but are not limited to:Modelling regional carbon footprints and updating the existing models with varying climate change impactsIdentification and inclusion of new emission scenariosTesting, validation and benchmarking of the resultsDocumentation of climate modelling activityDevelopment of innovative methods to include climate change impact in modelsParticipation in product demos with clients and leading universitiesRequired Skills:Strong background in climate changeExperience in programming languages: Python/RExperience in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and WordOrganized and self-drivenProblem solvingFacility to work from home full time - Great work-life balanceSense of contribution towards society and contributing to noble causesOpportunity to be part of the Fils family and gain ESOPsExcellent pay for deserving candidatesFlexible working hours so you can work when you're most productiveTogether, we're rewriting the story of our planet.
