Minimum Requirements:Min. 5 years of experience in the Business Intelligence domainHands-on experience in analytics and Project ManagementGood knowledge of tools like VBA, Power BI, SAS, SQL, etc.Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Exposure to the Banking domain - knowledge of Payments, Clearing, and Account Opening Process will be an advantage.Knowledge of Banking Systems is an advantage.Organization Unit Purpose:Build and publish the dashboard and MI reports to the stakeholders on the key performance objectives in a timely, reliable, and simple manner.Support the Business with strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, simulations, etc., to deliver insights to business leaders.Digitize and automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows, etc., through competent BI Solutions to achieve efficiency gains.Manage computation of key performance indicators and process incentive payout for business units.
