The Store Manager in hospitality leads and oversees all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high standard of guest service and efficient business practices. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, optimizing inventory, and implementing operational policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.Responsibilities:Responsible for achievement of sales target and maintaining stock and cost thresholds.Manage the operational aspects of the store.Ensure availability of stocks.Manage the day-to-day operations with focus in the following areas:Order/sales operations managementStaff managementProcess managementProduct, pricing, and promotion managementCoordination and communication with all support functionsEnsure commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
