A well-established international retail group handling one of the biggest luxury fashion brands across the globe is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee the retail operation in Dubai, UAE.As the General Manager, you will be overseeing the brand's performance within the GCC region. You will be working closely with the branch managers to ensure that the brand's retail standards are met and optimized. Alongside this, you are expected to build strong relationships with the brand's Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Head Office functions.The role will also involve weekly monitoring of sales performance and sales planning for events. The General Manager is also expected to effectively communicate the company policies to the employees and ensure that they are being followed.QualificationsTo qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications:Background in premium fashion, footwear or accessories environmentProven track record of success in driving business performance through peopleExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to influence at a senior levelStrong passion and interest in the brandThe successful candidate for this position will not only be rewarded with a tax-free salary package but also with an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most successful brands in the industry today.
