This role will involve strategy, planning, management and execution to maintain and build Binance's social media and community presence globally. You will work closely with the leadership team.Responsibilities:Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspectiveDesign, execute and lead large community activation campaignsCreate and manage always-on content strategies for our priority global partnerships such as CR7Be a key POC for business issue and crisis management, including fast, measured and informed response, sentiment monitoring and reporting, and consulting on further action in partnership with the communications and product teamsWork closely with the CS team on community management, response and sentiment maintenanceHelp with managing end-to-end across Binance social accountsWork with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of BinanceFocus on bringing our socials closer to our community, with a crypto-native understanding, and a great understanding of crypto cultureAssist the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaignsWork closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teamsMeasure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performanceAnalyze the social media landscape to supply actionable insightsRequirements:Native or fluent English language is a must6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, community, content or brand marketing related rolesProven experience with crisis management and working directly with executive leadership teamsExperience working on large integrated marketing campaigns, and working with external agencies, partners and talentDemonstrable success with growing social media accounts and executing campaignsDeep understanding of the crypto market. Up to date with trends and sentiment. Expert on Binance's product suiteStrong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with Twitter and TikTok as a top priorityProven good judgment in high-pressure situations; an ability to remain calm and logicalExcellent communication, writing and copywriting skillsStrong sense of ownership and responsibilityResistant to stress.
