Job ID: 96878Country: Utd.Arab Emir.City: DubaiProfessional area: MarketingContract type: PermanentProfessional level: ExperiencedLocation: Dubai, DU, AE, 00000At JTI we celebrate differences, and everyone truly belongs. 46,000 people from all over the world are continuously building their unique success story with us. 83% of employees feel happy working at JTI.To make a difference with us, all you need to do is bring your human best.Position: Digital Acquisition ManagerAs the Digital Acquisition Manager in the Marketing Middle East & Shisha department, you will:Lead the Digital consumer Acquisition & Conversion strategy and deployment:Grow the consumer base via Social Media, SEO, and ads campaigns, and innovative channels (inline with legal restrictions);Lead the Digital campaign planning in collaboration with the Digital agency;Ensure campaigns are tagged for effective reporting;Identify ways to engage consumers digitally in retail & HoReCa;Be a key contributor to the Digital Communication Strategy working closely with Marketing Brand to ensure Acquisition needs are met;Work closely with Digital CRM & Retention Manager to ensure effective targeting and acquisition;Database segmentation to ensure effective CRM Acquisition campaigns and targeted messages by segment to optimize the Acquisition rate;Data Management and testing:Use data analytics and testing to optimize messaging for potential Leads and turn them into consumers;Collaborate with Data Science and E-Commerce team in mapping journeys, identifying potential gaps and space for improvements;Work with local brand teams and Global DBU Product teams to continuously develop and improve campaign messaging, positioning, and content;Understand all metrics and their contribution to achieving acquisition goals and objectives;Analysis & Optimization:Ensure a robust Consumer Data strategy with solid content plans and constant optimization;Analyze and interpret data to steer online directions and improve leads Acquisition;Perform the needed tests (i.e., A/B testing) and analyze the efficiency of a journey or/and a campaign;Continuously optimize results by applying a data-centric approach;Budget:Build & Implement the digital (Acquisition) budget;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of desired results;Collaborate with E-commerce and CRM/Retention team to ensure the right budget split;Agency Management:Manage and coordinate the plans building and deployment with the digital agency;Build the yearly Media plans and technical actions;Responsible to meet the deadline for each project;Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field preferred;4-5 years using Paid ads, SEO, Programmatic ads, and any Digital Acquisition tool;4-5 years' experience marketing based on data;4-5 years' experience delivering B2C leads Acquisition;4-5 years' experience performing A/B testing and reporting results;Familiar with multichannel acquisition, conversion, retention, and website structure;Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools;Strong communication and relationship-building skills;Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player;Proficient in MS Office Suite and well-versed in various digital channels.Are you ready to join us?
