Education: Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development
Good experience in developing complex processes
Experience in developing End to End solutions
Good experience on consuming REST APIs
Technical Skills:
Expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework
Experienced in CSHS and integration services
Experienced with BPD design
Knowledge on process application deployments
Experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM
Advanced knowledge on events and gateways
Knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM
Expert in exception handling at process and service level
Functional Skills:
Experience in Banking, Financial, and Fintech in an enterprise environment preferred
Experience in following best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices
Experience in Agile methodology
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies
Soft Skills:
Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience
Self-motivator and self-starter, able to own and drive initiatives without supervision and work collaboratively with teams across the organization
Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present ideas to Senior and Executive management
