Desired Characteristics 5+ years of progressive project management experience with evidence of increasing scope controllership Proven ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision Experience with Health and Welfare benefit plan regulatory compliance Demonstrated experience interfacing with regulatory agencies (e.g., Department of Labor, Centers for Medicare/Medicaid, State DOL's) Strong analytical and clear-thinking skills; ability to identify trends and implement process improvements
