Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for employees Maintain and update company databases and records Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed Assist in creating and maintaining company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary Assist in organizing company events and trainings Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Proven experience in administrative or operations roles Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
