- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints effectively, providing support through chat, calls, emails, and in-person interactions. - Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring all details are confirmed and tracking deliveries while keeping customers informed throughout the process. - Preparing and providing detailed quotations tailored to customer needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy. - Maintaining a thorough understanding of the furniture and decor products offered, including specifications like materials and dimensions. - Staying updated on current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to provide customers with accurate and timely information. - Collaborating with the sales team by providing product recommendations and upselling complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. - Managing returns and refunds efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. - Organizing and filing essential showroom documents, such as invoices, quotations, and permits, to ensure efficient record-keeping and compliance. - Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings for staff and management, and maintaining accurate sales records. - Preparing and submitting the final monthly attendance to the accountant for payroll processing.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
