Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and insightful information.Build rapport with customers, demonstrate empathy, and actively listen to their needs.Process customer orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery (if applicable).Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal)Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service
