The Global Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) competition gives university students & fresh graduates the chance to showcase a range of tax and general business knowledge as well as analytical and presentation skills in a multi-step, case-study challenge. The first step is the MENA competition. The MENA winner advances to the global level, where the winner will network and compete with other high performers from more than 20 countries around the world. We're seeking smart, motivated, forward-thinking accounting and business-related students/grads to apply! Make sure you apply early and do not forget to follow the instructions carefully and answer all the questions to ensure your application is successful.Step 2: Online AssessmentsAfter we review your application, you will receive an invitation email from 'EY Careers' to complete the EY online assessments. Approach the online assessments as you would approach any new challenge. It might be tough, but you can do it!Step 3: InterviewUpon passing the assessments, you will receive an invitation for a virtual HR interview, where the recruiter will explain the competition in further detail. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process.Step 4: AttendOnce you have been shortlisted for the competition, you will be invited to attend a recruitment day, where you will participate in individual and group activities. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people, and ask questions about life and work at EY.Step 5: ReceiveWhat will you win? The winner will be awarded with an exciting full-time role within EY Tax service line for recent graduates or an internship for students. Additional rewards include tech goods and a unique opportunity to work among other global finalists and make meaningful connections with EY leadership in the global final competition taking place in January 2024.
