One Eleven Real Estate is a start-up real estate brokerage company based in Abu Dhabi, established in November 2023 and fully operational as of May 2024 . With our foundation now firmly in place, we’re ready to expand at full throttle and are seeking pioneer Property Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our team and shape the future of our company. What We Offer:
- Starting Salary : AED 2,000, with the potential for an increase after a 2-3 month performance evaluation period.
- Maximum Commission : Up to 50% based on monthly targets reached, calculated on a performance basis.

- Utilize and expand your network of property listings across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Create, manage, and promote property listings across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and clients.
- Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends to ensure you meet and exceed targets.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in property sales and leasing in the UAE, with extensive knowledge and expertise in secondary sales, particularly in sought-after areas in Abu Dhabi.
- Network : Established property listings and inventory connections across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Requirements : Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
- Communication : Strong English skills are essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency with property listing platforms is required.
- Advantageous : Holding an Abu Dhabi Real Estate Broker’s license.
