Head of Foundation Stage - Victory Heights Primary School, City of ArabiaVictory Heights Primary School - City of Arabia is seeking an inspiring and dynamic leader to join our Founding Senior Leadership Team as the Head of Foundation Stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated educator with a passion for Foundation Stage to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our EYFS provision.The Role: As the Head of Foundation Stage, you will lead the FS1 and FS2 teams, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and care. You will serve as the key representative of the Foundation Stage, actively promoting the school to prospective families and building strong relationships with current parents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the EYFS department, ensuring its alignment with the school's ethos and values.This role may involve some class teaching whilst the school grows towards its full capacity.Key Qualities We Are Looking For:A visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.The ability to collaborate effectively with other leaders, fostering a strong, unified leadership team that drives school-wide improvement.A commitment to creating a nurturing, challenging environment where young learners can thrive and excel.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act as an ambassador for the school, fostering strong relationships with families and the wider community.Strategic vision and the ability to drive the development of the EYFS provision.In-depth knowledge of EYFS assessment frameworks, ensuring that student progress is effectively tracked and used to inform teaching.A proactive mindset for marketing and promoting the Foundation Stage to prospective families.Proven leadership experience in FS1 or FS2 within a school setting.A proven record of enhancing educational outcomes and fostering an environment where children reach their full potential.Experience leading schools through inspections, including KHDA and BSO.Experience in engaging with parents and serving as a key liaison between the school and families.Expertise in leading staff development within EYFS, promoting a culture of continuous professional growth.RequirementsFlights, Medical CoverHow to ApplyTo apply, please email your cover letter and CV in PDF format to careers@vhprimary.com.
