We are looking for a seasoned Facilities Manager with a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to manage and optimize all aspects of our facilities operations. This role demands a proactive leader capable of identifying and resolving issues autonomously, ensuring seamless operations, and driving continuous improvement across all facilities-related functions.Responsibilities:Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, goals, and action plans for each key account.Anticipate future client needs and proactively develop strategies.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client performance data.Oversee and manage Sales, CSD, Building solutions, and Operations departments.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize profitability.Drive revenue growth and amplify sales achievement as per the set target.Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes that may impact key accounts, and develop contingency plans.Develop retention strategies and initiatives to strengthen client relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.Job Types:Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay:From AED5,000.00 per monthMinimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Facility Management: 2 years (Preferred)
