Drive their respective RM to achieve the monthly target assigned by the management. Monitor daily productivity of the RM's and ensure the agencies achieve their daily run rate to meet the target. Maintain ACR across all agencies. Monitor performance at collector and team level at the agencies. Ensure consequence management is in place for any breach of contractual terms. Conduct regular visits to the agency. Validate monthly agency payouts/invoices and ensure actual payments received are correctly allocated. Ensure CPR mandates are followed. Ensure agencies are following ethical collection practices. Effectively manage complaints and ensure resolutions are provided to the customer while adhering to TAT. Propose and obtain approvals on settlements from management. Close/terminate accounts after receiving payments as per the agreed settlement and issue required clearance letters to the customer. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve agency objectives. Manage rewards and recognition for the respective agency. Ensure staff coaching and feedback are provided for low performers. Ensure agencies strictly comply with bank policies and procedures. Identify gaps in the process and recommend timely changes. Regularly review agency performance and implement required corrective actions to improve performance. Ensure customers allocated to the agencies are treated fairly and within the allowed debt collection practices of the respective country.
