Eaton's products help detect, notify, evacuate, and protect against a range of threats in today's most complex and challenging environments.We are seeking a Country Sales Manager UAE - Life Safety Division (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:What you'll do:Lead Team of Sales Managers or Sales Engineers to achieve growth for Life Safety business in UAE region.Develop and execute sales & marketing plans, both short and long term to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and services.Ensure timely and accurate quotations to address projects/opportunities in assigned areas.Prepare accurate and timely analysis on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.Provide technical backup and design proposals to ensure client approvals for ongoing projects.Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth execution and handover.Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals of Eaton products.Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contractors and End users to ensure desired market position.Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for the target market.Undertake Distributor management to ensure customer satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.Regular Account Management and appoint new partners/re-sellers as applicable to maximize Eaton market share.Collaborate with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross selling within the assigned territory.Qualifications:Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial.Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems of which at least 5 years should be as Team leader.Skills:Strong direct selling skills and established contacts in the UAE.Leadership abilities.Presentation expertise, effective communication capabilities.Knowledge of electrical or Life Safety Systems, and proficiency in using a PC.We Offer:Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system.Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.Strong, agile, and diverse team locally and globally.Strong processes and state-of-the-art systems and tools.Structured employee development processes, open feedback culture with development plans.Support and well-structured onboarding.Local benefits includes housing, transportation, family medical insurance, schooling for children, and annual airfare to home country for the family.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
