Position Title: Front Office Assistant

Location: Ajman

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1.Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

2.Administrative Support:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain and update office records and documents.

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

3.Customer Service:

Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Handle general questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

4.Office Coordination:

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.

5.Other Duties:

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying.

Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).

Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
