Team lead riders

As a Rider Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Rider Supervisor in managing the performance of riders and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, people management, and stakeholder management, with experience in the food/grocery tech industry. The Rider Team Lead will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and improving rider performance and compliance
• Managing the rider roster and allocating shifts, breaks, and off-days
• Coaching and warning low-performing riders
• Preparing late login lists and sharing them with 3PL partners
• Meeting with 3PL supervisors and coordinators to discuss performance and updates
• Ensuring compliance with rider equipment
• Developing the team in coordination with the regional guidelines
• Supporting the team in achieving company goals

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry
• Proficiency in Google Suite tools
• Influencer and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
