Job details
As a Rider Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Rider Supervisor in managing the performance of riders and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, people management, and stakeholder management, with experience in the food/grocery tech industry. The Rider Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and improving rider performance and compliance
- Managing the rider roster and allocating shifts, breaks, and off-days
- Coaching and warning low-performing riders
- Preparing late login lists and sharing them with 3PL partners
- Meeting with 3PL supervisors and coordinators to discuss performance and updates
- Ensuring compliance with rider equipment
- Developing the team in coordination with the regional guidelines
- Supporting the team in achieving company goals
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools
- Influencer and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
