Customer Liaison Advisor - Arabic SpeakerTo be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted in a courteous and efficient manner and directed to a sales consultant or service advisor. To be the customer champion and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.AccountabilitiesCustomer FocusGreet all customers as they enter the showroom, establish if they require the Sales or Service Department, take details, offer refreshment, if a Sales enquiry provide an initial introduction to the vehicle until the customer is ready to speak to a sales consultant, introduce the customer to the sales consultant, and if the sales consultant is not available, continuously communicate with the customer to ensure they are aware of the situation. If it is a service enquiry/booking, personally introduce them to a Service Advisor.Document any complaints from customers; advise the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager.OperationalCo-ordinate with the Sales Consultant regarding any customer complaints.Check that all display cars are kept clean and that each has a spec sheet present, reporting any discrepancies to the Assistant Sales Manager.Provide administrative support to the Sales Support Executives and Receptionists when there are no customers requiring assistance.Attend regular staff meetings to communicate any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.Personal DevelopmentMaintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge through a development plan agreed with the line manager.Attend an annual appraisal in line with the company policy and procedures.Key Performance IndicatorsTime taken to greet customersPersonal customer feedbackEducation/Qualification, Skills, Competencies and ExperienceIdentify the recruitment specifications needed to perform this job at a fully-acceptable levela.
