Assistant Manager, Document ControlBudge RecruitmentDubai, UAEPosted In: 21/9/2013Job Description:Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Document Control who will manage the documentation of all documents through maintaining the electronic and hard copy archiving of documents. Reporting to the Administration Head, you will be responsible for:Set document control standards for ease of storage, retrieval, and standardization efficiency across the company.Ensure the completeness and correctness of all documents pertaining to Committees' decisions, all divisions, projects, support services, and finance.Ensure documentation is incorporated into the master database/library.Ensure distribution of documents to concerned parties when necessary.Manage the review of documents received for archiving and decide on key search string references to be specified in order to maintain data standardization.Oversee the upload and archiving of relevant documents attained through written correspondence and requests.Manage the follow-up and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the archived dossiers.Ensure the adequacy of the IMS IT systems and their fit with the company's ERP platforms.Deploy and manage Document Controllers to various project sites and departments and provide technical guidance on set standards and procedures.Job CategoryAdministration & SecretarialJob RequirementsExperienceMin: 8 Years, Max: 10 YearsCareer LevelJuniorJob TypeFull TimeVacancies2 Open PositionsSalaryNegotiableGenderAnyDegree LevelBachelor's degreeFaculty / InstituteAnyMajorBusiness AdministrationAgeAnyNationalityAnyResidence LocationAnyLanguagesAnyOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsBusiness capabilities:• 8 - 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Document Control role in a managerial function• Substantial experience in real estate document controlInterpersonal skills:• Strong computer skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Great understanding of policies, procedures & work methods• Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Excellent organization skillsEducation:• Bachelor Degree in MIS, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent is required• MIS Master's Degree is preferredIf this is the role for you, apply today.
