ABOUT JOB

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO

Assist in organizing and executing company events and meetings

Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Handle document management tasks such as transcribing, editing, and formatting documents

Utilize tools like DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar for daily operations

Oversee office management duties including front desk operations

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Proficiency in transcribing and document management

Experience with software tools like DocuSign, Google Suite, and Outlook Calendar

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Previous experience in office management or front desk operations is a plus

Ability to assist in event planning and coordination

Capable of providing clerical support such as filing, data entry, etc.

Skilled in project coordination and multitasking
